FLISP payout not paid

My application was approved 2019 and I've been speaking to sendy kganane via emails since 2019 and he always tells me to send documents which I always do.i have sent documents 5 times now and nothing has happened, i have not received my payout till now and its really exhausting calling about the same thing for 2 years now
