If I could give FLISP a negative rating I would. The service is despicable and communication abhorrent. Tatenda Mapfumo contacted me a month after I had submitted my application stating that my documents were incomplete whereas I had already spoken to Ntombifuthi who had confirmed everything was in order. Upon his review of my documents he then required additional addendums to be drawn up by the lawyers and agents which was totally unjustifiable as I had supp**** him with the OTPs already. Jumping through hoops only to be ignored at the last moment is disheartening. Absolutely horrible experience!
