Flisp East London officials ignore clients

Application was sent out in April 2021 after few visits requested to call Ntsiki East London human settlement office on the government cell number 082 606..this lady ignored all my calls and did nothing to assist me accept for the phone bill at work which cost me R687 after 3 months of calling..one can imagine that would be R687 time 3 in 3 months finally in September 2021 she referred me to her friendly colleague Buntu he was responsive making promises, called him a few times with hope on Gov number/assign to them to assist Human Settlement clients called him 063 686...no feedback November I called and Ntsiki requested that I contact Zoleka who is responsible for signatures and handling funds to the bank. I have called texted her on the phone.. 076 841 my first communication with her dates to 17th January 2022 and till this day she has not said anything besides please text me on watsap and I will get back to you later.
