Disadvantage to South Africa and her hardworking people

Very bad!!!!! This is the supposed promising of our country and its people!!!! As first time home owners you are entitled to receive money back to from FLISP to deposit back into your home bond from government. I have phoned and enquired and get no correspondence at all. Emails upon emails doing what is required of me filling in applications where due. Is this even true or a complete facade of the country???? And it's government???? I have complained about this and took it up with Matthews Sidu who is acclaimed to represent this organization but he too in his "professional" capacity does not get back to my emails, phone calls and repetitive voice messages!!!!
