BAD SERVICE

In 2019 I app**** for a Flip subsidy and got approved for R75000 but have not received the funds till this day. June 2021 they sent me an disbur*****t email and requested me to email them all my documents, I sent everything and still no response. I call their office everyday, but there is no answer most of the time. They then gave Hlengiwe's cellphone number, but she does not answer. I sent a follow up email and still no respose. This is really terrible service
