Awful service

I have never received such appauling service ever in my life. I sent my application for the subsidy on the 13/03/2020 due to Covid 19 and lockdown restriction. Between that time I went to office park was told that they are working from home as i had called their number numerous times. I understood why it was not attended to at that time. Sent my second email on the 03/06/2020 and again 29/06/2020. Only received a response on the 29/07/2020 from Ntombifuthi Sithebe stating my application was withdrawn. At this point my bond was already registered with the lawyers. On the 29/07/2021- 30/07/2020 -06/08/2020 -06/10/2020 and she only responded again on the 01/04/2021 requested for my November which was sent immediately. After that email was sent she directly to her she has never responded again. Every month I keep on sending email to her and the *** / *** to this day no one has responded to me hence I had to resort to this platform.
