I have been applying for flisp for more than two years until my house was registered.recently I complaint and I was told to resend my application then I did.I went to the offices to submit.I made all copies of documents needed or required ,about twelve to thirteen though some were extracted which I knew were compulsory,I then received an sms saying I was declined and that an email was sent to me which I have never received on how or as to why was I declined, I am not the one that had been delaying the process.why is it difficult to get approved people that do not need it most get approved.it is not fair that some people apply and get response immediately while some of us had to wait for years been applying and being told to reapply while at the end you get disappointed.Im just disappointed and feel like some me sending all those documents that had all my information was just a waste of time and knowing that all information was there
