Broken crankshaft and missing drive shaft

Took my car to Flips auto electrical to be checked as it was sounding as if it was diesel car whereas it was petrol in 2018 February. My car took six months standing there without any progress. Every time when I went to check if the car was fixed, Flip will always say he is waiting for crankshaft to brought back from engineering. The other day when I went to check, I found that they striped my engine into pieces and the crankshaft broken and Flip **** to me that he will fix the car in a weeks time. When I went back after a week the car was still not fixed and I decided to pull the home so instructed them to install the engine back so as to pull it the following day. I came back next day to find that they put all the engine parts at the back of my car and they said they have packed everything in there, I then pull the car home. After a week I organised someone to come put the engine together only to find that car's drive shaft is also missing and one piston. Went back to Flip, searched the workshop and only found the piston. My crankshaft and drive shaft were never refunded, every time I call Flip he is always lying to me till today. I even went to small claims court, delivered the letter of demand for him to pay for that crankshaft and drive shaft and he never paid. I have been sending him messages he does not respond anymore.
