They gave me back the the phone with a factory fault 😡

Z flip is ******* I don't even want that phone anymore. The battery doesn't last a day and they are telling me that there's no fault with the phone. How?? If it was up to me was gonna do another upgrade and leave this **** phone cos I'm not happy anymore while I'll be paying R1000 a month for what?? I'm so so so mad 😡😡😡😡
