BEST PHONE COMPANY. I've used online phone companies before but I will never use anything but Flip Phone from now on. I was very nervous that it could be a **** and I'd lose my money - the reviews were all so positive that it seemed too good to be true. But every single one of those reviews are well-deserved! I phoned to check about the safety of buying CPO and they were so informative and patient. I received the phone in LESS THAN 24 HOURS after ordering. My worst experience with phone companies has been when the device is damaged and they either refuse to fix it or they take months to do it. The speaker of the phone was problematic and I was so nervous that I was about to go through the worst process but I was so wrong. I was contacted immediately, the phone was collected the next day, fixed, and returned almost immediately with no issues. Couldn't be happier. The most professional, quick, helpful service I could ever ask for.
