Another site/company offered more money, but once they received the phone, they started with the “issues” on the phone and reduced the offer amount. It also took them over a week to review my phone after it arrived at their premises. Flipphone received my phone, and even though they were short staffed, they managed to keep me updated on the progress and also pay me out on the same day (8pm). That shows real and honest commitment to customer service. Even the owner/MD sent an email to keep me updated. This service is hard to come by, will recommend them 100%. Not the other company that said to me, We Buy Phones.
