STAY AWAY FROM FLIP MY RIDE AND DEALFIN

From beginning till the end this has been the most horrible and stressful experiences I had ever had purchasing a vehicle.

I found the vehicle I was looking for myself and a gentleman called dean from Flip My Ride went to go view it for me and assured me it was in a perfect condition.

Despite the R25.000 they charged me and loaded onto my deal that I was NEVER informed of, the vehicle was involved in an accident as well.

Dean then drove the vehicle from Joburg to Cape Town for me and said he will arrive at 4pm, when 4pm comes around he doesn’t answer texts or calls and I was sat waiting for him and he eventually arrives at 6pm DRUNK.

He said he had arrived at 4pm in Cape Town but he had then gone drinking in Camps Bay. The car smelled of cigarettes, he wasn’t able to answer any of my questions about the vehicle. I couldn’t inspect the vehicle because it was too dark

4 DAYS LATER my trade in has still not been settled to Marquis and I have to beg them to respond specifically MJ from DealFin, she replies only when I threatened to write this review and she went cold again.

Dean has not rep**** since he delivered the vehicle.

This company is full with a bunch of *********** people and you should not trust them with your finance or their vehicles
