Wonderful service

<p>I made a complete hash of my flight booking to the extent that I even had to make 3 payments to get the value right. I also made two bookings because I believed that the first had expired so I re**** on the second in which I had booked the wrong month of travel! Definitely a blue Monday!! Through all of this, Radhika ****samy treated me with courtesy and patience, even picking up the mistake of the dates. She never got flustered and was thorough and professional, a treat to have been served by her and a credit to her company.</p>
