warning !!!!

Warning!!!! Pls, Do not book anything with this website. I'm so tried of contact with this company about money refunded after I booked the ticket with this site. it's wasted my money and my time!!!!! I Booked the flight on 17th September 2019, and then When I arrived at the airport for checking in but there wasn't my name on the system, No ticket and No nothing. I try to contact to the call canter customers service. The guy name "AAMIR", He said my Booking was cancelled on the 19th Sep 2019, BUTmy flight was on the 17th Sep, and "eDearms" already charged my money from my Debit card, How is that possible ? The call canter said they already sent a email about my ticket cancelletion on the 19th Sep 2019. I was asking an email flight cancelletion because it wasnt any email from them whatsoever. I need an email approving but they can't give it to me. He said the company has been not charged yet, but i have checked with the bank it has been charnged already!! I have many Questions need to ask but he counld't give me a right answer me after that he hanged up my phone with out an solution or any email to improve the answer. The customers service NOT helpful ( my booking is *** )
