I booked a flight for 29june 2025 from Kimberly to O.R Tambo boarding time 18h10 when I got to the airport my flight ticket was not on system;I had to make arrangements for accommodation let alone I was suppose to be at work 0n 30june2025 but could not report to work due to their inconvenience. Till today am struggling to get my refund they continuesly request my proof of account &copy of id copy of which I did send on 1july2025 till today I never got the refund; instead they continuesly ask for proof of account &copy of id to be sent from different email address
