Shocking lack of customer service

Absolute ********** customer service. I have now been waiting for a week to receive my invoice for flights I paid for. No answer to email and have twice now hung up after holding the line for their call centre for more than 10 minutes with no answer! Be sure to spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
