shocking incompetence

<p>Booked a bus ticket with them and was charged the ticket price. Half an hour after receiving my confirmation, i received another chain of sms's letting me know that my booking had been cancelled as payment was not received - even though the funds had been deducted from my account.</p> <p>I proceed to the bank to reverse the transaction as flightsite was kind enough to email me proof that the transaction had been unsuccesful. I purchased tickets hassle free from checkers, only to receive an sms at 2am the following morning that pick and pay/flightsite had deducted 400 rand for the tickets again! Tickets that are not valid! Tickets i do not have! I now owe my bank money thanks fo this incompetence and when i called flightsite to enquire, i was told to "call back on monday"!</p> <p> </p> <p>My weekend has been ruined, i now also owe my bank approx. 250 rand, and have no money left for food for the rest of the month.</p> <p> </p> <p>NEVER EVER USE FLIGHTSITE/PICK AND PAY TRAVEL</p>
