Poor Services

Do not ever book flight or bus tickets with this company, I planned to travel to Butterworth booked my return tickets and paid at pick n pay, received confirmation from Intercape.

Boom! On the day I was supposed to travel, I prepared myself and went to the bus pick up point on the arrival of the bus it was said that my name wasn't on the system so they called intercape and they said my ticket wasn't paid...so the bus left me.

Went up and down looking for the nearest pick n pay when I got there they called intercape but both were playing blaming game. I didn't travel my plans got crushed and haven't received my money for the bookings.
