I would like to thank Shireen for her fast response to resolving my query. While I was in the process of paying for my flight ticket, the website informed me that time run out. The payment was made but I did not receive confirmation of the booking. I immediately send an email to Flightsite. Early the next morning Shireen send me an email and sorted everything within 20 min.
