Pathetic and Useless service

Please guys when booking do it directly with the airline and not this useless agency flightsite. Literally just make money no after sale help. First mistake was booking flights at Pick n Pay were *********** staff booked flight with incorrect date of birth captured while having id infront of them. Tickets were booked on the on the 15th its now the 31st October- flight is for the 1st November and i still do not know if i can board the flight due to this incorrect details. Flightsite requests me to call Kulula directly to update Date of Birth. Kulula requests me to call the agency as they are unable to view these details. Called the agency and they request me to check this directly the airport? like *** is the point of doing this through an agency if they still require you to run around correcting issues on your own.
