Non existent customet service

<p>During December, i booked and paid for two tickets on Ait Mauritius. As is the norm i paid up front via credit card. During January my circumstances changed and i wished to cancel my bookings. 9 phone calls and 7 e - mail messages later i still did not have a respoinse from this bunch </p> <p>Eventualli managed to get someone to respond but only after i had contacted Air MAuritius themselves directly. I will say that they are not much better.</p> <p>I cancelled the tickets and was told that it would take six weeks to get the refund. Amazing, they want payment immediately up front, and then earn 6 weeks interest on your money. this was on the 31.01.2017. Still no sign of my refund.</p> <p>The contact i have is always not available. </p> <p>Beware when using this site and make sure you are aware of all the small print.</p> <p> </p> <p>I gave it one star but they do not deserve even a mention -10 stars would be closer to the truth</p> <p> </p>
