Never Recommend Flightsite

Shockingly poor service. I shall never ever recommend Flightsite. I made an online booking for a trip to Mauritius, made the payment. I received confirmation email but no E-Ticket. about an hour later I called the company. The lady informs me that my booking shows as pending . She promised a consultant will call me as all are currently busy. I called back at 545 pm as I was worried that no one called me , niether did i receive an eticket. I immediately smelled a rat and booked my ticket with Travelstart. at an extra cost. I have blocked my bank card , so that they cannot take out any funds at a later stage.
