FlightSite ********!

Zero rating, I was ********** by FlightSite. After they confirmed that my online booked bus tickets from Dbn to Jhb were successfully purchased, debited me and sent me booking details they later sent an sms that my tickets are cancelled because they did not receive payment on time,

I had to make other possible alternatives to get to Jhb, when I phoned them to query about the refund they said they cannot refund me because a cancellation sms was delayed/not suppose to be sent to me and the bus company will not refund them either since it shows that tickets were printed and used.

My question is why do I have to suffer a loss because of their negligence? I am still ****ed off, I hate FlightSite, They are bull****!! ****** ********.
