Flightsite not fulfilling their promotion promises

I made flight arrangements with an agent at Flightsite after i saw that that they offer Smartshopper points for the flights and i use them, and asked the agent when i will receive my points if i go through then, and he responded by saying the month after we return... i is more than a month after and I sent Info@flightsite a mail asking where my points are as nothing was loaded. If i knew that PicknPay would do this then i would have gone with another flightsite!!!!
