Flightsight tickets ****?

I booked flights via this company on Saturday 25 July 2020. I followed the full on line procedure and had to press submit for the final payment authorisation. I checked something on a different tab and then pushed submit. The OTP arrived and I submitted that. The confirmation came and it was totally wrong. I booked a flight for 7.20 , 12 August 2020 CT to JHB and back on 16 August 14.30. When the confirmation came, both flghts were for the afternoons after 17h00. I phoned them immediately, no responce. I then sent a mail to say there has been a mistake. A return only came on Monday, 27 August. Stating that Mango do not accept changes and Min change fee for Safair is R480. I sent another mail to explain this was not my mistake. I received no response form Silvana du Toit. I phoned flightsite today. THe call was answered by an electronic system and after selecting the option I held on for another 7,5 minutes. In the meantime, I had to buy new tickets as I need to secure specific times for arrival etc, as I am driving with other people. I cannot believe that a company accepts your money, does not respond and does not offer any help. Please help me with this - I would like my money back please.
