Flight Site

I booked a flight from OR Tambo to Dar and a return, only a departure ticket was sent and when I followed up for the return, they said I didn't book a return but I was charged for the return ticket, now I have to wait 6-12 weeks for a refund. Totally unacceptable and I'm getting charged 2k for just processing the refund.
