Exceptional service

I would love to thank Camilla for her exceptional service. My pregnancy brain threw me off when I was making a booking I thought I had booked for the 31st of Dec but instead it was 31st of January. I was panicking because I have to fly out on 31st of Dec,I called the service center and Camilla calmed me down and explained the process of what will be required to change the booking and she also made sure my matter was forwarded to the relevant department to fast track the process. In between the process she kept on reassuring me that it will be sorted out. Within a matter of a few hours my booking was sorted out.
