Dissapointed online and call centre service

I am absolutely disappointed with the service received from Flight Site. Trying to do an international booking for the last 3 days and they have such an inefficient website which keeps freezing when to you try to finalise your bookings. I called the call centre and all I got was try again. They state that you can pay at Pick and Pay yet when you go to Pick and Pay they inform you that they can only do local booking payments. I got an email confirmation without a reference number so the entire booking is not valid. I even lost my bookings and now have to fly back a day early as the flight that I required is not fully booked. I was told to send a mail to ********** but no reply received.
