Disgusting service

Very very disappointed on the service received with regards to refund that was supposed to be made in September 2019. i still haven't received the money back. i booked a return flight but cancelled it due to unexpected hospitalization sent through all the necessary documents was told it will take 2 weeks, 2 weeks became 6 weeks which then became 3 months which is now 5 months. The endless to and from between the actual airline and the booking agent is really frustrating. i feel i should be compensated by the company on top of my refund for this long wait and awful service. I even sent emails to the companies and no one is assisting me.!!!!! they just keep asking for banking details and nothing happens.
