Bad service Flightsite

I made a booking at Pick n Pay Promenade Mall in Mitchells Plain on the 19 Jan 2019 for my son, to travel from Cape Town to Johannesburg on the 22 Jan at 13:20 On arrival at the airport we went to check in and the lady that was helping us could not find my son's booking on the system. We were referred to their help desk . They picked up that the booking was cancelled , as s they as Flysafair was not paid by pick n pay. We had to do a new booking and we paid R1049.

I went to pick n pay and was helped by Zimkhitha who was very friendly and helpful . She gave me the flight centre no as well to call . I submitted the claim with pick n pay for the R649 I want the extra R400 that i paid to Flysafair as i had made my booking on time and was never paid to the airline . My son was so stressed as he needs to be in Johannesburg for his registration at Wits . I called flight site nd i spoke to Leandra who told me that i won't get the R400 that i paid extra . How will i trust the service at pick pay and as a client i want my money .I am dissatisfied with the service received from flightsite. I will appreciate if they can respond.
