Bad Service

I contacted them over a month ago regarding tickets they advertised to the Quatar Grand Prix. I received a reply email saying that they would contact me within 2 day....nothing. Followed up and then Gwen Todd and Aysha Ismail said they would phone me....nothing. This is probably the worst service I have receive as a potential client.
