Absolutely no customer service.... Pathetic

This is the worst business to book flights through, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!! I would actually tell people to stay as far away from them as possible. You query about flights with specific dates and get a quote for the wrong dates. I tell them that I have two R500 vouchers to use and your quote ends up being much higher than what it would be if you just booked the flights yourself. And then on top of that you don't get a reply mail from them 7 days (5 working days). How pathetic do you get!!! I understand now why people only score them 1 star. If I knew this sooner, I would never have wasted my time, energy and vouchers on them. WORST, WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
