When my complaint came to the attention of the correct person at Flightsbank I was contacted personally by consultants from the Head Office in Chicago Illinois and I have since been offered a ticket at a compromised fair price of £737 return London to Jhb baggage included and I'm assured that the ticket is in the process of being issued within 24-48 hours. The company has apologised for any miscommunication and absorbed the difference between the actual cost and my charge of £737. I am once again a happy customer.
