No feedback and poor communication

<p>On the 20th of April I have booked plane tickets to London. Between myself and the travelagent we have agreed on an amount of R27 311 for myself and my family. After we have agreed on the plane tickets I gave my credit card details to pay for the tickets. After a while I went in my internet banking and discovered an amount of R29 710 was deducted from my credit card. R2399 more than we agreed upon. According to the agent they made a mistake and the money will be paid back in my account in +- a week. This is now the 4th week an no money has been refunded or paid back in my bank account. This is not acceptable this gives nobody the right to deduct more from my account that was agreed upon and everyday I am asking what is the status and the only reply I get is that they are busy with it. </p> <p>I need assistance in this please as I can not wait for 4 week to get my money back but the agencies is quickly to deduct money from my account.</p>
