Bad service I received from flight center I was assisted by Shakira with a ****ty dead the Dema

I have booked to flights to Durban on a special that is still online advertised to end 30 November till to date. I was told these no flight funny, the special includes flights, accommodation, and car rental, then I asked for hidden costs, then the was a holding amount for 3500 which is not on a special and I was told that if I need I want the special I should pay before 30 November and clear payment, now that they cannot deliver I was told that my refund will clear on Monday seriously now that when I can get my money back. So I am failing to under stand because I even told them since there are no flights I can book bus and they can fly me back now they say I'll have to pay an additional fee from the quote that includes flights I have to pay and services is very poor.
