ZERO AFTER SALES SERVICE
They take your booking & your money fast enough - but when there is a query, or you need to contact someone GOOD LUCK ??? Flight Centre send e-mails out with the contact no.'s *** or ***. The problem is no one ever answers either of these number ?? NOT SURE HOW TO GET HOLD OF FLIGHT CENTRE AFTER THEY HAVE MY MONEY ???

15 Jun 2022, 14:15EVEN YOUR "EMERGENCY NO." ??? *** - THERE IS NO RESPONSE ??? ITS IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETHIC TO LEAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH NO ACCESS OR ANSWERS TO WHAT MAY VERY WELL BE AN EMERGENCY ??? It is very easy to keep people informed via e-mail, sms - whatsapp etc etc if there is an issue - IF AIRLINES ARE NOT TAKING ONLINE CHECK INS ?? THEN THIS SHOULD BE COMUNNICATED TO PEOPLE - INSTEAD IT SEEMS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH A PERSONS TICKET WHEN THEY TRY & CHECK IN ONLINE & CONSTANTLY GET ERROR AFTER ERROR. I HAVE RECEIVED 2 REQUESTS VIA E-MAIL TODAY TO "CHECK IN ONLINE" - when in fact the airlines are not accepting online checkins ???
