Wonderfull service from Flight Centre Springs staf

My wife and I decided to spoil our two boys with a holiday trip to London, UK. I went to a few travel agencies for quotes. The service I recieved from Katlego from Flight Centre Springs was so good, professional and extremely friendly. Even when I just walked passed their office, Katlego will always smile and wave! We were always kept up to date with how our bookings proceeded and whenever a chance was made to our flight times, Katlego always informed us on time by phoning and sending emails. When i took out insurance they even phoned me to inform me that I had paid R100-00 too much and they kept it for me untill I could collect the R100-00 note! Unfortunately I can not remember the male's name who helped me with the insurance. I think it is Tsipiso (not sure) Also extremely friendly and helpfull. Thank you Katlego and staff for making our dream holiday a holiday to remember!! I will always go back to Flight Centre Springs for my holiday bookings!!
