What do you have to do to get a Quote???

Does Flight centre make that much money that they don't respond to quote requests. I contacted Buhle at Killarney branch and 3 months later I never got my 3 quotes I requested. I called, emailed & went there in person and she kept saying no response from suppliers! A month after I emailed her to ask if she had a response & can she follow up yet again or should I take my business somewhere else? I have been a long standing customer with them and I book holidays every year so surely they can do better than this pathetic service? I went into the store to ask again a few weeks later & was met with such attitude from Buhle. She stated she cancelled everything when I told her I wanted to go to another travel agency. She said I was free to do so. Does Flightcentre want an agent with such don't care attitude to liaise with loyal customers? I will never set foot in that store again! I later went to Sandton City and explained what happened at the Killarney branch and Kyle promised to get back to me with all 3 same quotes and I never heard from him either which was 2 months ago. I think they deliberately stall so that the prices of flights and accom go up and they get a big commission.
