We booked our trip with Lerissa Govender at the Hilton branch. The service was exceptional. This was our first international trip as a family so we were a little anxious, and maybe a bit overbearing, but Lerissa was extremely patient with us. She didn't mind going over things with us for even the tenth time just so that we felt at ease. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely and were taken care of. We experienced some difficulties whilst in Mauritius and Lerissa didn't hesitate to help us, even though she was on leave at the time and it was after hours either way. She was up till all hours of the night trying to assist us. She gave us 110 percent and we are beyond grateful for her professionalism and attentiveness.
