Very disappointing service at Flight Centre

I want to book Package Nr ***1 on your website - Johannesburg/Bangkok/Pattaya/Johannesburg. For some reason, although you advertise all the details, airline including hotels and I just want to book it, I cant. It is the weekend and your promotion ends in 2 days. I called your number and Judith spoke to me but said that she would 'work on it' and call me back. I am still waiting for her call. Does 'work on it' mean that Flight Centre used the airfare as 'bait' and you will come back to me with "sorry but no seats available at that fare but we can give it to you at R6000 more". What is so hard for Judith to simply make my booking (BECAUSE I cant)? I confirmed that my travel dates are ANY TIME in February or March. How hard is it to book me on your package. Any please dont give me the excuse that it is the weekend. After the COVID sage I would expect travel agencies to want to work 35 hours a day never mind 24.

Reviewer Update
The rudeness of your consultant, Judith, who called me today to angrily query why I gave her a one-star review will be dealt with later.
I would now like to ask Management, Management please, at Flight Centre why the price of your advertised package deal to Thailand has increased from R13,830 to R22,2278 - this is truly laughable. Does Flight Centre use attractive prices as 'click bait' to get people interested in enquiring about a deal in the hopes that you can convince them to accept the same deal at double the price???
