Unwillingness to take responsibility for mistakes

A Lady from Flight centre phoned me last Thursday the 22nd of October. Listened to my problem and said they will investigate this matter. She said she will come back to me in 48 hours. I'm still waiting. This is now Tuesday the 27th of October...
