Unreliable flight centre

I called in for a quote on the Mauritius special at Radisson and quoted the reference number to the person I spoke to that said she will email me a quote by the end of the day which was 2 days ago and I still havent received a quote, I went to Flight centre at fourways mall yesterday around mid day and spoke to Jethrow who said he will give me quote by the end of the day and once again I dont have a quote. I emailed him this morning to ask for the quote and still no response. Very poor service Flight centre! Seems like yourl dont want business. If yourl are this poor when it comes to booking, I can only imagine what the service must be like for the actual trip.
