I made a booking with Flight Centre Benmore Gardens 26Nov15,for a cruise package of 2x4 sleeper cabins: (3 adults+13 yr old = R23 320) + (3 adults + 11yr old = R20 500).The 2 cabins where quoted differently which I queried prior to signing. Told that the kids under 18 pay a \rise per size\" port charge which is +/- R3000 per kid under 18. 2 weeks later I needed an additional cabin and got quotations from 3 FC stores in my area (East Rand Mall, Lakeside, Farramere) to discover that kids under 18 pay R590.Customer Care responded:charged kids R590 each & the R5840 was a service fee(10.78%)which is not standard procedure but at the discretion of the consultant, which was not on my quotation.This cruise advert on their website includes service fees confirmed with 3 consultants.On querying,Customer Care furnished me with \"their quotation\" pricing completely different to what I signed.Inconsistencies in their correspondence point towards false advertising, misinformation, self-justification. My documents verify their dishonesty, inconsistent application of their Terms & Conditions across stores & *********** staff.They have closed the matter.Flight/ Fight Centre,CustomerCare/ Scare."
