To whom it may concern,<br> <br> While on vacation in Saudi Arabia, my ****her had to undergo a emergency operation.<br> <br> We have paid for travel insurance through Flight Centre. Upon enquiring the process for claiming, they had numerous excuses. (I have correspondence e-mails, medical reports and invoices to verify eligibility)<br> <br> The total amount paid was: SAR (Saudi Riyals) 78394.86 (ZAR 331064.22 @ current exchange). I have evidence of these payments through my bank.<br> <br> Looking forward to hear from you.<br>
