Travel Center Poor Service.

The service i received from the pavilion branch agent name is malini naidoo. i have phone in multiply times and i have been to the branch to request a quotation from her in june 2018 and it is now october 2018 and i not received anything to date. i have tried to work with other staff but they said that they cannot help me due to me already having malini as my travel agent. i have no other choice but to go to other travel agency.
