Three weeks later and still no quote

I went to the flight centre in Woodmead and Sunninghill within a day of each other to get quotes on a holiday package in December. All my details were taken down, dates, price range and three weeks later, I am still waiting for either one of those branches to get to me with any form of communication!<br> I have subsequently gone to another travel agent and I have received my quote within two days.<br> I will never recommend flight centre to anyone, their lack of service is appalling!!
