The call centre agent from Flight Centre Hilton KZN was amazing. I had wished to go on holiday to Sun City as a belated birthday celebration. I called Lerissa a day before I wanted to check in. And she ensured that the booking was secured smoothly. She constantly talked me through the process and even checked on me after I checked out.
