A big applause and standing ovation for the Flight Centre group , they have proved to really be the flight leaders and I retract my comments and really am very happy . They dealt with the case in the most professional manner . A massive thanks to Graham Meas for his part in the resolution . He was professional and friendly and most importantly understanding and given that I was at fault for accepting the terms he did agree that as a Flight Centre Agency it is a duty to go above and beyond in verbally communicating the travel requirements with the customer. Also bearing in mind that the consultant wandile was new at the company and has overall still made my dealings with flight centre very pleasurable during my booking and drama thereafter.
