Stranded in SA at the height of Covid19 travel bans in January. I found myself with very little options of how to return back to work in the UAE. Myself and two of my friends found ourselves at Mall @ Reeds Flight Center where we met BOITUMELO FOLOTSI who was nothing but exceptional. She took on our stress and researched around for an open route, she was diligent and thorough and kept us informed till the minute we got to the airport. If not for her i would have remained stranded and hopeless. Thank you very much Tumi, Stay Blessed.
