My husband and I had been trying to find flights into Australia for days, I contacted John Macdonald and within a couple of hours he had multiple options for us to choose from. John went above and beyond and was able to make the impossible possible, by finding us an affordable flight during the pandemic and strict flight restrictions. He was extremely professional and attentive throughout the entire experience. John went through all of the terms and conditions thoroughly and reassured us that he would contact me directly if there were any changes to the flight itinerary, which gave me even more confidence in John's abilities and expertise. He then went that one step above and arranged my husbands dietary requirements and seat preference for the flight. What was an extremely stressful situation turned into a pleasant one, all thanks to John. He would no doubt be a valuable asset to the Flight Centre Australia team, as he was able to assist us more than anyone here in Melbourne could.
